HOW DOES IT WORK ?
Tourism Brochure Exchange facilitates efficient, cost effective
delivery and servicing of brochures to prime tourism locations within
your State. These include hotels, motels, coach terminals, hire
car depots, airline terminals & visitor centres. Only the very
best positions are secured and enable you to get maximum result
for your advertising dollar. As well, we operate the Visitor Information
centre on board the Spirit of Tasmania. This fully staffed centre
displays your brochures in a professional manner and also books
your operation for clients aboard the vessel.
Modular brochure racks are provided to the selected locations.
The racks are stocked with brochures from participating advertisers,
who initially supply Tourism Brochure Exchange. To provide security
of tenure for advertisers all racks are serviced twice monthly for
re-stocking and checking that only literature from Tourism Brochure
Exchange advertisers is displayed.
Under supervision and by arrangement with major venues, racks are
used for conventions and similar short term gatherings.
Advertisers pay a fixed annual fee, plus a monthly service fee
based on the number of racks around the State that contain their
material.
